TO THE NEW HOME SEEKER
We have not regretted deciding to employ a smaller builder rather than a large company to construct our new home at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast. As we were living in Brisbane at the time of construction we were concerned at not being able to regularly check the progress and quality of the work.
We contracted Brian after he showed genuine interest in advising us on minor changes to keep the costs at a reasonable level. His quote was close to the figure that we had budgeted. During construction he phoned regularly to discuss any issues and keep us up to date on the progress of the work. Brian was always available to answer any of our questions and make helpful suggestions.
The whole process went extremely smoothly and we were so impressed with the outcome we recommended Brian to friends who were also beginning to build a new home. He has since completed this home with a similar outcome, i.e. another satisfied customer with a high quality home. Our home is available for inspection and any arrangements can be made through Brian.

TO THE NEW HOME BUILDER
We made the right move when we decided to use a small independent builder rather than a larger company to build our new house in Palmwoods. Brian built a house in Bli Bli for a friend and when we saw the quality of the work and the finished product we decided to get a price from Brian. His quote was very competitive.
Before construction Brian made a number of suggestions to improve our design and a number of improvements were made during construction. By using a small builder we were able to communicate directly with Brian and also discuss our requirements face to face with the specialist sub-contractors.
We are very happy with our house and are entirely satisfied with the quality of the finished product. The assistance and cooperation provided by all involved made it easy for us. If anyone wishes to look at our house they are very welcome. Brian has the address and phone number.

Brian turned our plans into reality. We have never regretted our choice of builder during or after the construction process.
