REFERENCE - BRIAN BROWNING - BUILDER

 

 On retiring in 2003 we purchased 30 acres of land in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and wanted to build the perfect country retreat. After asking around Brian came highly recommended from a number of reliable sources.

 

From the start he made the whole project painless. After a few consultations with Brian we had the plans for our dream home at hand. Brian was hands on all the way through. We lived nearby during the building of the house and after witnessing the planning, workmanship and overall management of the project we classify Brian as a high class tradesman, perfectionist and hands on manager.

 

There was no slippage in time lines associated with the building plan. We were consulted regularly and kept informed to our satisfaction.

 

We never encountered one hic-up or problem during the entire building process. This story might sound too good to be true given some of the horror stories that emanate from the building industry. This is all the more reason why we want others to know the industry should be proud of builders like Brian Browning. 

 

I spent my working career as a police officer retiring at Assistant Commissioner level. All we wanted was our dream home and Brian did it exceptionally well.

 

Brian's attention to detail was meticuluous. This was never more evident when we recently sold the property to pursue other interests. A building inspection was required and the inspector commented that from the moment he looked under the house he knew there would not be any problems.

 

We never once had to ask Brian to return and rectify anything.

 

We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Brian Browning as a professional builder who will do a very good job. He has the runs on the board to prove it.

 

There is no benefit in our providing this reference only to ensure others can hear our story and also ensure Brian gets the credit he deserves from doing a top job with our house.
